General Terms and Conditions of Contract
These general contracting conditions apply to all commercial transactions carried out in our virtual store www.bodegaehd.com, domain owned by EXPOTACIONES HERMANOS DELGADO SL with CIF B-13233192 and with address at calle Villarrobledo, 37, postal code 13630, Socuéllamos (Ciudad Real), Spain.
The merchanting of the products included in the website will be governed by the following general contracting conditions that the buyer accepts when purchasing a product from the online store www.bodegaehd.com following its purchase procedure. These general contracting conditions are in force for all the products offered on the web, and can be modified without prior notice, not affecting changes to purchases already made.
The service provider reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the website (modifications on products, prices, promotions, other commercial and service conditions) at any time and makes every effort within its possibilities to offer the information contained in the online store truthfully and without typographical errors.
In the event that an error of this type occurs at any time, unrelated at all times to the will of www.bodegaehd.com, it will be immediately corrected. If there is a typographical error in any of the prices shown and a customer has made a purchase decision based on that error, www.bodegaehd.com will notify the customer of their mistake and the customer will have the right to cancel their purchase at no cost for their part.
1. Purchase-sale procedures
The purchase of products offered on www.bodegaehd.com is made by selecting the chosen products, which will be included in the shopping cart. Once the selection is completed, the purchase will continue, proceeding to fill in the personal data for the issuance of the purchase receipt or invoice (if required), the method of payment and the shipping data for the products.
In the procedures of the sale, the buyer may modify both the selected products and their number, personal data, the method of payment and the place of delivery, and may go back in the purchase procedure of the website before the final acceptance of the sale.

2. Price and payment
The prices indicated in the products of our online store include VAT, but exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount in the order summary. Prices may change at any time, but possible changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent an order confirmation.
Payment of the contracted products can be made through:

3. Value added tax and billing
In accordance with the provisions of article 68 of Law 37/1992, of December 28, on Value Added Tax, the delivery of the articles will be understood to be located in the territory of application of the Spanish VAT if the delivery address is in Spanish territory except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
The applicable VAT rate will be the one legally in force at any given time depending on the specific article in question. In orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, deliveries will be exempt from VAT by application of the provisions of article 21 of Law 37/1992, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding taxes and tariffs in accordance with current regulations. in each of these territories.
You expressly authorize us to issue the invoice in electronic form, although you can indicate at any time your willingness to receive an invoice in paper form, in which case, we will issue and send the invoice in this format.
Unless there are unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances, the products will be sent to the address indicated on the form by the Transport Agency. The delivery time will be 48 hours for the peninsula and 7 business days for deliveries to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
The delivery time for shipments outside Spanish territory ranges from 5 to 10 business days. The delivery period will start counting from the next business day of purchase. Likewise, orders processed on weekends or holidays will be prepared the next business day.
So if you place your order on Friday from 1:00 pm, it will be prepared on Monday and you will receive it according to the location of your address. It is not possible to send orders to PO Boxes, or to hotels or other non-permanent addresses, or to public bodies with private postal codes.
If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to proceed with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date.
5. Impossibility of product delivery
If it is impossible for us to deliver your order to the delivery address indicated in the order, after trying to contact you by telephone and we will meet again at the address to deliver. In the event of inability to contact you, we will try to find a safe place to leave you. If we cannot find a safe place, your order will be returned to our warehouse. Also, we will leave you a note explaining where your order is and how to get it shipped again.
If you will not be at the place of delivery at the agreed time, please contact us to arrange delivery on another day.
6. Product availability
All orders are subject to product availability. If there are difficulties in supplying products or if there are no items in stock, we will refund any amount you may have paid.
7. Buy as a guest
www.bodegaehd.com also allows purchase through the purchase functionality as a guest. In this purchase modality, you will only be asked for the essential data to process your order. Once the purchase process is completed, you will be offered the possibility of registering as a user or continuing as an unregistered user.
8. Right of withdrawal
If you are hiring as a consumer or user, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without justification. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party indicated by you acquired possession of the goods that make up your order.
To exercise the right of withdrawal you must notify us at our contact email addresses email@example.com, your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (letter by email or post). For this you can use the model form that appears as an annex to these conditions, although its use is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise by you of this right is sent before the expiration of the period detailed above.
In the event of your withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges to the initial shipping address without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on the one that informs us of its decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make said refund using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction, unless you indicate otherwise, expressly detailing the payment method through which you want us to make the return. You will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may retain the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have presented proof of their return, depending on which condition is met first.
9. Liability and disclaimer
Our responsibility in relation to any product purchased at www.bodegaehd.com will be strictly limited to the purchase price of said product.
Due to the open nature of www.bodegaehd.com and the possibility of errors in the storage and transmission of digital information, we do not guarantee the accuracy and security of the information transmitted or obtained through this website unless expressly stated otherwise in it.
