ORGANIC FLOUR OF GRAPE PEPITA
Our organic grape seed flour is obtained from the material resulting from the extraction of the oil, specifically from cold pressing.
It contains a large amount of fiber (58.3%) and a large amount of minerals such as calcium, iron, zinc, etc. and 5% of vitamin E. In addition to all these nutritional elements, grape seed flour contains in large quantities the so-called antioxidant bioactive substances, such as Procyanidins Bl, B2, B3, Cl and Tetramer, Proanthocyanidins Ply P2, as well as catechins and Epicatechins.
